I don’t frequently post training stuff, but

Snatch 

up to 80kg PR

Clean and Jerk (best 110kg, best clean is 116kg)

up to 107kg

Front Squat (best 140kg, which I hit not too long ago)

up to 130kg

back offs with 102.5, 107, 112, 115 and 122kg

BTN Push Jerk

up to 93kg x 1 PR, could do way MOAR, but haven’t been doing much of these because of a shoulder issue that also held me back on snatches.
